Most health outcomes are lost between appointments.
Bionaltek is a guided health management service. You get a measured baseline, a written set of goals, and two named people who are accountable for them. The first assessment is free.
Care today stops when the door closes.
You see a doctor. You get advice. Then, for the next six months, you are on your own. Nothing carries across that interval — no baseline to compare against, no goal written down, and nobody whose job it is to notice when things drift.
Bionaltek exists to hold that interval. Not another consultation, and not an app that counts your steps. A continuous cycle with people in it.
One loop, run properly, again and again.
Baseline
A measured first assessment — free, and not a questionnaire. Everything that follows is compared against it, so progress is evidence rather than opinion.
Consultation
Your health manager establishes four things: what is wrong now, what your week actually looks like, how you have handled plans before, and what you want.
Goals
A written set, agreed with you and fixed. Fixed goals are what make the review at the end of the cycle honest.
Plan
A doctor builds the protocol. It is then tested against your real routine — work, sleep, travel, caregiving — before anyone calls it final.
Support
Appointments, hospital access, emergencies, travel and insurance claims are handled by your relationship manager, not by you.
Review
Progress reported against the goals you set. Then the next set is agreed, and the cycle starts again.
If something is wrong right now, you do not wait for the cycle. Tell us, and a triage check opens a priority route to a doctor the same day.
One holds the plan. One makes it happen.
Owns the health narrative
Runs the intake, reads the baseline, agrees and writes the goals, prepares your file for the doctor, and reports progress at every review. Not a clinician — diagnosis and prescription stay with the consulting doctor.
Owns execution
Holds the follow-up calendar, secures the right hospital and specialist, responds to emergencies, arranges medical travel, and files and follows insurance claims through to reimbursement.
Six places to set a goal.
Most people hold two or three. Open one to see what it means in practice.
Sustained stress, mood and cognitive performance. Goals here are usually about protecting sleep and reducing a stress load that has become permanent rather than occasional.
Typical goal: bring sleep back to a consistent seven hours and reduce the load that is preventing it.Weight, strength, and cardiovascular and metabolic markers. Either holding a measure that is where it should be, or reducing one that is not.
Typical goal: move a specific marker into range and keep it there for a full cycle.Habits, sleep, activity and a screening cadence appropriate to your age and risk. This is the category for people who are well and intend to stay that way.
Typical goal: establish a routine you will still be following in six months, and a screening schedule you do not have to remember.Ongoing monitoring and maintenance for older members, whether they are managing it themselves or a family member is managing it for them.
Typical goal: hold stability, catch deterioration early, and sustain independence for as long as possible.Chronic and acute conditions — diabetes, cancer, cardiac and autoimmune disease. The work here is as much about the treatment burden as the condition.
Typical goal: manage the condition and its treatment alongside the rest of your life, not instead of it.Post-discharge and post-procedure recovery. A bounded track with a clear start and a clear end, and the period in which most avoidable setbacks happen.
Typical goal: complete the recovery correctly, without a readmission.Looking after a parent from another city? Our concierge tier reports to you, not only to the patient — appointments, updates and logistics come to whoever is carrying the worry.
One call, to someone who already knows your file.

For gyms and hospitals.
The same engine runs inside a partner's own member journey. You supply the population and the moment; we supply everything between that moment and the next one.
Screen members before you load them
Trainers receive a safe training envelope and an honest adherence signal instead of a self-completed form. You get retention, a service a competitor cannot copy in a quarter, and a documented clearance decision before high-intensity work.
Hold the interval after discharge
Clinicians get adherence visibility and early deterioration signals between visits. You get follow-up compliance, fewer patients lost after discharge, and claims paperwork taken off your staff.
